THEFT IN HOTELS ROOMS!!

This is what Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton, Johannesburg had to say about my Galaxy Tab, iphone headphones and Diamond rings worth P34 000 that disappeared in my room on saturday the 6th of October!! Their investigation dragged for nothing, as you can see their poor grammer in the Letter below.... An international 5 star hotel for that matter❌❌❌ Lock events Registry shows only me and housekeeping staff entering my room, so who took my things? What an embarassment!!

The hotel failed to exercise reasonable care while guest’s property was in their care. I will definately take this matter to the Top Group CEO until someone accounts for my things!! Such a pathetic Report full of grammatical errors is an insult on its own!! If the Head of Security cannot construct a proper detailed report, what about doing a thorough investigation of the matter?
