Terrible restaurant service

Great service and hotel experience. The Vivace waiting staff are terrible. Very slow, unfriendly, and not attentive. Four tables in the restaurant today and we were not attended to nor were dirty dishes removed from the table. Please train, pay them better or recruit better staff because it's unacceptable at an institution such as yourself.
