Rooftop Bar and Restuarant has the Worst Service!!!! For a Radisson Blu Hotel this is pathetic

I was in two minds whether to write this review, Last weekend, the 7 December 2019, I had dined at the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, First complaint is that No one was available to help you at the Restuarant/Bar, I had to go and call someone to help me, Secondly we had ordered two meals, The waiter did not get the order right, instead of tea giving us coffee, when we queried this, the supposed manager there said that it cannot be changed, With the meals we had ordered two cheese burgers, The manager again told us we could not use the Entertainer App as it is only for dinner meals and not lunch, Entertainer does not say anything about this as stipulations, Then we wanted to get the chips from the meal wrapped as we were using the AE Spa and wanted to eat that later, Again the rude manager said they do not do this, I have been quite fond of Radisson Blu, But with experience I will now start looking at other Hotels in Sandton. Truly not the experience you expect
