Pathetic, Terrible and Horrible

Absolutely everything. This was the most unpleasant stay my wife and I have ever expierenced. Both of us knew that some expectations would not be met due to covid, but this was absolutely unpleasant! Firstly our booking got moved to the Radisson Blu Gautrain without any explanation this caused us to lose a room with a great view and size. When we got to the hotel our booking was apparently not payed for and the staff would still not believe us even though we presented them with a PRINTED paid booking conformation. No one could tell us why our booking was moved to the Gautrain hotel, we later found out that a PSL team was staying in the other hotel we initially booked. The problem we have with this is that the PSL team was staying there the past 2 months. Radisson Blu only waited until our booking could not be canceled for free to tell us that our booking has been moved. This is absolutely unacceptable, we never got the option to decide weather or not to stay at the Gautrain hotel. I don't even want to get into how dirty the bed sheets were or that only one plug was working in our room. The Radisson Blu has wasted enough of my time. Long story short don't let them waste your time. Sleeping in a one star motel will give you a better stay and expierence than this pathetic place.!!!
