pathetic hotel, it should be a 0 star rating

I travel a lot I have never been more dissapointed by a hotel,1st mmy booking number could not be found on the system, when I arrived at the hotel I had to carry my own bags, I had 3 rooms checked under my name,when I asked to pay with my diners card the lady laughed and said what is that!? I mean!!? When I booked, I booked smoking rooms, but I had gotten non smoking 4oom's, I stayed in 1920, the shower had moss and I had a freezing shower on the 1st day,I ordered room service that took 2 hours to get to me, the chicken was hard, on the menu it said creamy spinach, it was literally just the leaf and nothing else, for breakfast I ordered a chicken and mayo sandwich which took 2 hours and 10 minutes and when I got it,it was ice cold and the chips was hard,I asked for an adaptor and it took around an hour to get to me,the hot tub in the gym does not work, no one answers the operator when you call,unless u call 2 times in a row, my room was only cleaned around 5pm on Saturday and that was after I called house keeping to get them to clean it, check in was a disaster and took over 45 minutes while still carrying my luggage,checkout was around 30 minutes which was an even bigger disaster
