****** at gunpoint at the entrance of the 5 Star Radisson Sandton this evening

Two women, a same day visitor from India and a 6 months Pregnant Professional from Cape Town were visibly pulled out of the revolving door by her hair and ****** this evening - on her stomach and a gun to her head - at this so called 5 star hotel within moments of each other. No security were conveniently present outside the entrance which makes one believe they were also involved. I phoned the duty manager this evening to confirm the incident for reporting to the press. He confirmed the incidents and simply put the phone down on me and would not answer any further calls. How is that for customer service? This is an urgent message to all potential guests to avoid Radisson Hotels which are clearly unconcerned about the security of their guests. Avoid Radisson Sandton Hotel. Would management of Radisson please fire their security manager as well as the manager on duty this evening. The ***ardice of two men attacking a lone defenceless and pregnant woman is sickening. Radisson should fully compensate both women for their loss + provide them with paid for counselling + waive the cost of their stay + launch a full investigation as to why no security was not present this evening. "Mysteriously", but not surprising, video camera evidence was not available for viewing.
