Joe comes to the rescue :)

We booked into the Radisson Blu hotel on the 29th of December, this being a very humid time in Johannesburg. The aircons at the hotel were not working due to a broken compressor. We called management and they spinned us with every excuse in the book. Eventually my husband spoke to a gem of a manager Joe at the hotel who sent up a fan to our room, upgraded us to a suite as he noticed we had a toddler with us and breakfast on the house for the duration of our stay.
