Bad service

We had the worst experience at the hotel from the minute we got in. There was no one to receive us we had to wait for the front desk lady to shout out. My latte was cold and had to wait close to 20min for the waitress to bring sugar and tea s****. They gave our orders to the wrong people claiming we ordered almost the same thing. My chicken wings had an after taste I couldn’t eat them . They didn’t have take away bags n put our food wrapped in a foil IMAGINE. I called in and booked but didn’t seem they work that way . I’m so disappointed after the excellent service I had at Radisson OR TAMBO I wanted to try out all their hotel hoping they’re the same little did I know My husband and I wanted to spend the night but we got really turned off by the service
