Worst Hotel Experience by far

I am writing this review in utter disgust. Yesterday I booked a room for my parents at the Radisson Blu Port Elizabeth in summerstrand, as a treat for their last night on vacation. Also went for the Business class room @ R2500 a night which you would think of course you will get what you pay for. That was absolutely not the case and unfortunately, they had one of the worst experiences by far.

First of all what they got and what was advertised when booking was completely different and you will definitely agree with me after telling you the following, it screams false advertising. I also have all the photos to support what I am about to say.

First of all the room was disgustingly dirty, all over. The couch had a stain, the coffee station was disgustingly dirty even the one s**** was still dirty, shower had mold, room wall on one side had coffee stains and that's just a few to name.

Secondly, when booking the room it says minibar and espresso coffee machine. Mini Bar only had two bottles of water and there was not even an espresso coffee machine. Also, no bathrobes or slippers as advertised.

The couch did not even have any pillows on as advertised and nor did the bed have a throw or any small pillows as advertised. The wall art/painting had a tear in it.

I'm not a person that complains easy but this was an utter disgrace for me recommending them this place after they had their mind set on another place, paying more than what a usual room costs for the upgrade from a standard room but this was not even close to standard.

This is like booking a room and when getting in you realize the previous guests probably ****** the room before leaving and making a mess all over because that seems like the only logical explanation.
