Service delivery

To whom it may concern <br> <br> I recently stayed at the Radisson blu hotel in Port Elizabeth. To be precise I stayed at the hotel on the 5th of April 2016. <br> <br> When I entered the room I noticed the tile in the bathroom was broken and lifting. As it got darker iI had been working and decided to switch on the light. The light was not working. <br> <br> When trying to call the one touch service, it kept on ringing for a while and I finally gave up. <br> <br> I have stayed there on plenty of occasions and never experienced such poor service. I plan on staying there again soon and hope these issues do not persist. <br> <br> Regards
