Fools Gold 5 Star

Very single day we have to ask for dry towels. Every day we need to ask by 3pm for our room to be cleaned... then they come and they leave us without a duvet cover?! This has been a daily issue. The room is supposedly serviced and left with a bottle of fresh water twice a day, did we get that? No way. No turn down service... ?! The shower leaks and covers the entire bathroom floor in water with every shower... apparently they do no maintenance either. A cup of coffee? R30... this place is no more than a 3 star rating, charging 5 star fees. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED! High way *******.
