Dirty crockery and cutlery at the hotel

We decided to go down to the Resturant and have lunch and a glass of wine. I watched the bar man take the glass out of the dishwasher not even dry it and pour my red wine into the glass which has water all over it and lipstick from the previous user.. not the kind of service one would expect from the Radison hotel group
