Plain bad

Service is just bad. Got served the wrong beer twice. Was locked out my room and the person coming to help cane “strolling” along after a few minutes of waiting. Room service responds with “ya should be” when you ask if pressing will be ready the next day. Bar staff took ages to come serve us - had to call them twice.
