Nicholas made our 10th Anniversary extra special!

My husband and I booked a room at the Radisson Hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary. We checked in on 1 Oct 2015 only to find that the room had 2 separate beds that could not be combined into one since the hotel had run out of converters. The other employees of the hotel were simply not concerned about what could be done about the situation and just shrugged it off as 'beyond their control'. But thanks to a gentleman named Nicholas. This young man's marvellous attitude is just what the hospitality industry needs - Nicholas immediately made himself available and was on a mission to resolve the issue for us. He organised to have us move to a much bigger room in business class where we had the privacy of celebrating our anniversary night in style with the lounge all set up and ready for us to dine. He even offered to take pictures of us as we celebrated and exchanged our vows and rings. Had it not been for him, we would just remember our day as just another celebration - but he made it extra special! Thanks Nicholas, you are simply the best!
