Car break at their parking lot

I was attending an event hosted by SAICA at the hotel and l parked my car at Radisson Blu ba*****t parking. My car was broken into and my laptop was ******. When l reported the incident at the hotel reception l was referred to the security manager who concluded that no one had tempered with my car since the ******* didn't break the windows although my door lock was broken. Then the hotel manager promised to get back to me after looking at the security footage but no one got back to me and l had to go back there to follow up after reporting the incident to the police. I was promised the footage and they kept insisting that no one had broken into my car. From Friday l was waiting for the footage only to be told on Monday that they had checked the footage and no one broke into my car, rather my car was damaged by the time l got there! One of the hotel managers **** to me saying the issue was now being handled by their Risk Manager yet it was still the same security people who concluded on my case before even checking the footage. On Wednesday l went to get the footage and they refused to give me a copy despite lying to me from Friday that they would give me a copy. I then checked the footage with them this is what l saw: 1) could only see what was happening at the back of my car and nothing past the boot, couldn't even see anything beyond the back seat to the drivers' seat. 2)The footage from the time l drove was blurry and could hardly see anything. I was shocked at how the hotel team came to the conclusion that no one had tempered with my car when they didn't even have a full view of what happened around my car all the time that l was parked at Radisson blue. 3. I went back to one of the hotel managers who distanced the hotel from the incident saying that the parking was outsourced hence he couldn't help. I found this very unreasonably of the hotel to distance itself from this incident saying the parking is out sourced yet when l visit the hotel l'm under the impression that l am parking at Radisson blu. He went on to say that parking at the Hotel is just like parking at Sandton city which to me is ridiculous!
