Rewards Allocation

I stayed at the hotel from 26.02.2022 to 31.05.2022, I registered for the rewards and only discovered when I was checking out that my points were not allocated. You can imagine how many points I have after staying more than 3 months at the hotel. I have been calling every week, sent emails and no call back. Very disappointed!
