REPAIR OF LG FRIDGE Model:GL-B492GLPL AT RADIO VISION NELSPRUIT

We sent our fridge to Radio Vision, Nelspruit for repairs. This is an approved repair dealer for LG appliances. It was sent in the first week of June and till now, it is not back as yet.

The only time I get "feedback" is if I call them. They do not reply to emails most of the time. We never receive any updates from them unless if I call. The answer is always: "we are still waiting for parts"

As it stands we do not know what the status is on the repairs, and this has been going on for over 2 months. I stay (for work purposes) in Lydenburg and I'm never buying an LG product again.

I have never received such a pathetic service in my life.
