Radio Vision - CLOUDED VISION IS MORE LIKE IT

-5 Star! NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have purchased a spare part with Radio Vision and have paid in full. I was told that the product will be here in 2-3 days. Today i want to collect my part and was told that they will first check if the system shows if there is stock or not(??). Elize says they will call me back after i express my frustration with their service. They dont call but send a sms instead: Pulsator will be received next week - i pick up the phone and call - Elize says i must speak to Deon: The rudest sales person i have ever met!! I ask him why my product will only be here next week?? He indicates that the supplier now doesn't have stock - my question to him is why he doesnt pick up the phone and communicate this with me as i have paid in full and would have expected my product today. This is his comment: I order thousands of spares a day and I dont have time to call every customer - I say but this is the service you should offer - He replies by saying - He will not offer this service! And confirms this very clearly again by stating that I can phone LG Head office and tell them this as well. The next thing i get another sms that says Deon instructs me to come get my money and order my spare with Tecsa. I tell him i am also in sales and that i know what service is! Have you ever paid in full for a product and the supplier refuses to give you any customer service - and i mean they literally tell you this - they dont just show it!!
