Damaged goods and now a dont care attitude

I took my amplifier and remote in for a clean and overall check to make sure all is fine. I refered to it as a service. Radio Vision kept on drilling into my head that its not a service and that they cant guarantee any work done. Already suspicious but oh well. This is the least of my problems.

I arranged to collect at around 13:30 but got a sms at around 11am that its ready for collection. My wife went to collect just past 12 and got rudely told that its not ready and the arrangement was for 13:30. Well maybe then check your "sms system"...

Got home and noticed that there was a very ugly and deep scratch on the top of the amplifier which happened during the "service" at Radiovision. This was now allmost a month ago. I Immediately took photos and called the next morning. Wim told me to whatsapp the photos to him so he can take care of this. Nothing. No feedback for almost a week. I called to hear whats going on and got told that he will follow up and let me know. Nothing again for almost a week. This happened a couple of times.

I got fed up and called AGAIN....irrate! They turned it around by starting to insinuate that my wife scratched the amplifier. This is where i lost it but then got told that i was being unfair... long story short - back to square one - Wim will refer to management and let me know. Next morning i get an email that i must bring my amplifier in for them to see how they can fix the scratch. My reply was that im not going to drive around with my amplifier and surely not leave anything in their *********** hands ever again. I demanded a refund for the "service" fee so i can have it repaired by somebody i trust.

The reply was once again: Will refer to management and get back to you. Another week later: NOTHING! I will not let this matter rest.

You leave your expensive valuables in some "capable and proffessional`s" hands, they cause damage to it and then its you as the clients fault?

Please never take anything to these clowns!
