Abandoning clients

Small problem with washing machine, most probably blown fuse. Miele referred us to a technician in Nelspruit (company called Radio Vision). Their technician never returned our numerous calls. We were prepared to send the washing machine to Nelspruit for repair. Miele said they cannot help any further. Local technicians do not have the specialised tools to open the front panel so our very expensive washing machine can now be used as an anchor! We bought a Bosch.
