Amateur Radio Handheld Transceiver

I bought 2 x Baofeng GT-5TP from Radioddity.

When a battery failed, I contacted them for a replacement battery. They did not have any in stock.

When I contacted them again later on, I was told the radio's were out of warranty. No Problem I just want replacement batteries. I could not buy the batteries loose, but had to buy them with an extra radio. Liking the radio's I decided to proceed, and ordered 2 x radio's and 4 x batteries.

I then was told that I cannot purchase more batteries than radio's! I still do not have replacement batteries, and they are the only distributor for that specific model.

Later I bought an extra antenna for 1 radio. When it arrived, it did not fit. I sent photo's to them, but then decided to modify it myself, rather than jump through a hoop again.

I will never do business with them again, and recommend that nobody else do so either.
