No response from Radio Sonder Grense (RSG)

I have won the RSG and FNB competition on the 29th of June 2021...I have not recieved any word from the radio station yet I have sent numerous emails and messages with no response from them I was asked for my ID and tel number and what bank I use...I have won the cash but hear nothing from them and still no cash...how long does it take to pay winners????
