I took my Sinotec TV for repairs in October 2016 and whenever I made follow up was told that they are struggling to find parts and about 5 months of fruitless waiting I requested for my TV back so that I can take it somewhere else..guess what..TV stand and power cable could be found more than 3 occasions. The workshop is just a mess..disorganized.
