Parts for bike

<p>I am appauled at the level of service that Radical Rides so called provides. I purchased a bike from them which i was assured that would be serviced in any event but to my surprise they do not offer any service.</p> <p> </p> <p>The company sells bikes that they dont have parts for. I called on many occasions trying to find out what is being done to order the part but they say that they dont have parts and the have no clue as to where to order the parts from.</p> <p> </p> <p>The employees dont seem to care about their client. Clearly making a sale is the only thing that they care for.</p> <p>There is only one person that always seem to help me and i appreciate that. Mechanic Numan.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not advise anyone to buy anything from this Company because they do not look out for the best interest of the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once again the company is Radical rides base at Address: 5 Rautenbach Ave, Sandton, 2090, South Africa</p>
