Bad Service & Poor Professionalism

Took my bike in and was given a list of items required (piston, rings, camshaft oil pump & rocker arms) to get my bike running smoothly again. Firstly they never had the parts, I had to Import them myself from the supplier in China. Secondly the parts arrived and were installed and I collected my bike..and within less than 2 weeks experienced a rattle from the engine. When I took the bike back, I was blamed for not riding with oil; I mean really who checks the oil within 2 weeks of an engine overall. The bike was there for another 2 weeks to no avail. The mechanic was extremely rude and management provided poor professionalism.</p>
