Specialist ********** NOT Solar solution

We bought and paid for 8KW inverter, 6 solar panels and 2 x 5KW lithium batteries in the middle of August 2022. Nothing was done on time since then. Firstly, 5KW inverter was installed instead of what we paid for. Some of the connection were left incomplete. Since then, they have been promising that they are coming to fix our issues. We're still waiting. After R135,000. we still have very little to show.

I commend their social media/ PR team though. They are probably the best at managing their image online. I wouldn't be surprised if they even pay for people to give them good rating.

ALL we want is for them to give us what we paid for (8kw inverter and a working solar system). We no longer have confidence in a compliance certificate, which we never received even though we paid for it. We just wish Luan Pienaar would take responsibility, man up and fix the issues as he promised following our first review.
