WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

We were doing store refurbs and called in a supplier who brought in a rep of Radiant Lighting to advise us. The rep provided advise biased to making a sale as it was a fairly large order. The products were not suited to our application at all! Numerous attempts were made via the supplier on our behalf to Radiant to rectify the matter but without success. We were made to pay for the items up front, and thinking Radiant is a reputable company we did so. We asked for Radiant to send us an installer to show us how the fittings would fit into our application but they avoided our request (knowing they supp**** the wrong item). We were left with having to make additional modifications to get the lighting in place, which threw the budget out and adversely affected the timeline of the project. Another set of lighting was returned as it wasnt the correct lighting colour but Radiant charged a handling fee. How can you charge a handling fee on an item incorrectly supp****? We managed to source the lighting we required elsewhere thus proving the rep wrong. My advise is : Do not rely on the guarantee of this company's product as they cannot guarantee to supply you the right product.
