Impossible to find

We have a number of Radiant chandeliers in our home. A few lamps in these chandeliers needs replacing. It needs to be replaced by identical lamps or the differences will be very evident. Have you ever tried to find a specific lamp for a Radiant chandelier? We have been to every known stockists of lamps in the Centurion market without success. In phoning Radiant for information they did provide us with details of their stockist in the area, (Voltex) On visiting Voltex we were simply advised that they do not stock the products and referred us to every single alternative retailer in the city. On requesting if they could please order a few lamps from Radiant it was clear that they were not keen to do this, offering an alternate make (which were not the same size) and stated that should they order a lamp for us we would have to accept a full carton of 10 or 12 lamps, whichever quantity Radiant supp**** them in, as they do not stock the product. Where does this leave the consumer. We cant buy from Radiant directly, (understandably) but their distribution change is obviously inadequate and unwilling to support the products. The chandeliers are fine but not worth much without lamps!
