Radiant Alarms has done lots of good work for us over the years and Willie Marx was always helpful and friendly until the installation of garage door motor.

Since the installation of the door motor the beginning of 2021 we have been having endless problems, from opening a quarter, just closing, loosing settings and even backup battery dying after minutes.

In the beginning Willie always came out to resolve the issue just for it to start the same thing again, he even did other work for me regarding security while this was going on.

Then he started to say he will come and sort the motor out and didn't from him, tried calling, just rings and goes to voicemail, not even answering WhatsApp messages anymore.

I even send a email to his sister company (Climtex) that he can get in touch with me to a reply he is in PE working on a job. I'm sorry but I am sure he can at least answer his phone then.

The response from Clemtex was 10 December 2021, but still no Willie.
