Frozen Chicken

We just had our year-end function. What a dissapointment. The chicken pieces were still FROZEN. Meaning...cooked before...then frozen...not even warmed up properly. When pointed out to Andre the comments were: Will sort it out. Some lame excuse were made later .... its totally unacceptable to pay a premium price and receive sub-standard food. i will not recommend thus venue at all!!!
