Total disappointment and very poor service

Good day.

I am realy disappointed in your response to my complaint about my refund that I haven't received yet.

I ordered 2 x sunbeam electric sealers and the order was paid and it it was confirmed on the 11th of September 2026

I called the *** several times and even sent *** and a refund was promised.

I spoke to Raymond.

This man is totally *********** and I am very very unhappy with the service of this online store.

I can only assume that this is a **** and their website reviews are fabricated.
