THE STAFF ARE EITHER ******* OR JUST LACK COMMON PRINCIPLES

I stayed for a week at the Raddison Blu while travelling with the rest of the universities consort in September 2024. The stay was good, the staff were super hospitable, the rooms were clean and the food was great.

However, when I checked out I forgot two pair of shoes and a blazer jacket in my room. I emailed them as soon as I got back home to arrange collection of my items via courier and they acknowledged that my items were with the hotel and that they would assist in getting them shipped or collected.

The Radisson Blu in Addis Ababa (Guest Relations, Reservations departments) has since stopped returning my emails, and trying to call them is pointless as their landline connects you to the airport.
