bad - bad - bad

I am nearly 70 and this company has been the worst experience in my long life: unhelpful and just plain lies and lies. Took out travel insurance with them and they just point blank refused to want to know anything about our claim. Been going for over 18 months now and they just stonewall, delay, ignore and deny.
