Awesome Customer Service from RacknRoad Woodmead (Thule)

<p>I reported a faulty lock mechanism on one of my bike racks to the Woodmead Service Centre, where I bought it from originally. As it turned out, the whole arm had to be replaced, and not just the lock. I was concerned that I would have to initiate a lenghty and murky warranty claim process, but Michael Callaghan took some photos and emailed them through to the distibutor (Richard Downey), who within a few hours authorised the warranty. I have great faith in the Thule brand and own a few of their products. It is good to know that they back their own product in case of any problem.</p>
