I’ve just had the WORST experience imaginable with Raceview Motors. I’ve been waiting for my car to arrive from JHB as I live in CT for over a week now. I was meant to pick it up on Monday, rented a car for the week as was told it will arrive 2 days later, only to be told TODAY (on the day I’m meant to collect Car) that in fact it’s still in JHB. Car salesman (Ben Badenhorst) doesn’t pick up his phone, none of the managers at Raceview motors has returned any of my calls since yesterday morning 9am. To be honest I’m starting to wonder if I’ve even purchased a car and if this car is real. From the beginning with dealing with Ben and Anton (the finance guy) nothing has been smooth sailing. They simply don’t get back to you on anything and their lack of incompetence and customer service is appalling to say the very least!!!! I cannot stress my dissapointment enough with Raceview Motors!!!
