Not clear on sale

July 2022 bought a Haval H2 from Raceway Motors in Alberton, Maria was our consultant , since we had the car there has always been a problem, if its not the disc it's the cover from the windscreen that flew off while we were on the long road, the hand break, if not that its a leak coming from the engine, took the car in again on the 24th and was told the clutch needs to be fixed which is out of warranty, the warranty covers the 1st 20k's from the date of purchase or the 1st year of which the consultant did not advice us that its already out of warranty and we needed to take extended warranty on the vehicle , now we have to pay R24k for a car we have 6 months this is a cat in a bag from day one. Maria is a very good sales ladies who doesnt even know her products she sells to her clients. The car was on 75k when we bought it how was were suppose to know we out of the 20k?its pathetic i will take this matter to the consumers protection act
