Pay for a service I dont receive!

So I pay R150 for a Racetec timing chip to which I found out that they didnt even capture my race results. I pay to get my RESULTS and now im informed that they didnt time my race. What was the point of my purchase then? Bear in mind this affects any seeding for future races that I enter. Thank Racetec for not doing your job!
