As an endurance runner, I need energy intake whilst running. The FarBar from Racefood is the best energy on the go product that I have used. The date & cranberry variant is tasty, easy to carry, opens easily, is not messy, has a nice texture, and digests easily. The energy release is steady and lasts 45 minutes+. All this at 50% cheaper than comparable alternatives.
