Pay for goods but not received

Hi we order a cdi unit from Race Electrical, we pay for it and they told us they allready send it with courier, they give us the tracking number we look for the package but the number does not exist in the data base of the couriers companys, so they send it speedservices on friday morning the 31 July and we are stil waiting, no response.
