Dont trust this person

I paid him for a new cdi, he sent me the wrong one. I send it back to him and now he dont sent me the correct one or does not want to refund me. He dont answer his phone. When I use a new nr to sms him that I want a cdi he calls me back almost immediately. When I told him who I am he starts with all sh#t excuses. Well he is a lying ***** and he will suffer the consequences.
