Clinic with unprofessional inexperienced Nurses and rude receptionists

A very dysfunctional clinic, hiring unexperienced nurses who misdiagnose patients and gives wrong medication. The operations manager is also not hands on with whatever query you might have as a patient. As for the rude receptionists........ Went there to be treated for tonsils but then the nurse asked inexperienced military students who are there for their practical. Not mentioning being given medication that even the nurse does not know of its side effects...got the intense allergies from the pills, i went there for follow up and review to the same unprofessional nurse who wanted something to blame not admitting the damage she did. When i told her of the side effects she kept on ignoring my point. i am not happy about this clinic, peoples lives are at risk here.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
