Blatant Embezzlement of rental income due

Raadt Properties is a Property Management Agency and Estate Agent.

The owner, Lloyd Raadt, has embezzled 2 months of rent and my rental deposit due to me from the tenant occupying the flat. I suspect there is no trust account as required in line with the Estate Agency Board. The excuse each time is:

1. ********** attacks on his bank account resulting in it being suspended by FNB 2. As a result access to call account funds are restricted for extended periods of time

I am currently pursuing legal action against this company. If there are any other customers in this predicament with this company please contact me as a class action lawsuit has more weight.
