RA Pool Solution lacks customer service

RA Pool Solutions started off quite well and did an excellent job in re-fibering my swimming pool. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to do the job after the contract was signed, but when they did the job, it seemed to have been of a good quality. The extra expense to hire water bladders to save the pool water was worth it. Unfortunately, two years down the line, the paint app**** to the fiberglass started deteriorating with blotches, starting in a small section and then started spreading all over the pool. I battled to get Ryan, the owner, to inspect and to provide a solution. Again after a struggle, he came to inspect but needed time to do research. Then the Covid epidemic started. I was patient till August, 2020 and again requested Ryan to take action and advise next steps. He now refuses to reply on my requests via cellphone, email and public media. It is such a pity as I really believed in his expertise. I would advise that rather not use this company as you will lose patience with them as they are slow to take complaints to investigate and then also just refuse to come forward to sort the problem out. Unfortunately, the next step is legal. Please be warned.
