bought yesterday new element for geyser took the old one as example in was given the replacement part when i got home waited for the the person to replace it with was late. when we took the element out the packaging was shown the element was cracked and the seal the wrong one. Went back this morning and all i got from the owner is that basically im a **** and that i damaged the element i that i was a **** with attitude from the owner this is in front of his staff and customers lucky a friend went with and saw it go down he also called me a **** as he said i show him the wrong seal i only have one as i only have one geyser. none the less after the insults from him he replaced the element but NOT the SEAL HE GAVE ME at R120 for a seal. Consumer Protection states if your product is faulty u must replace it .No refund on the seal as he did not have stock this and a lot of attitude but he was the one who gave it to me himself. I have been a customer for years without me ever complaining so after years of shopping the 1st time he give me faulty product i must be insulted by him in front of his staff and clients and even no refund i do not have work so money does not grow on trees for me and then have someone ***** it and insult me in front of his staff.im a grown man not a child i will never buy from him again ever. And the elements he supplies is not in boxes but on the shelf loose between others the damage must have happened in his shop maybe by someone else while it was on the shelf and then i am to blame not acceptable.
