R2M cheap labour

Dear Hello Peter; I bought a house from R2M; I moved in last year September…upon moving in I reported the faults I found from both the site manager and the maintenance team however from the list I forwarded to the office only few items were fixed. Now the problem is that I have reported the leakage from a bathtub not knowing that it is the tap leaking from the wall and no one has ever came to diagnose the problem now the tap is loose from the wall because it was always wet I guess and they say they can’t fix it because it is out of warranty and I reported the bathtub instead of a tap, I am not a plumber and I wouldn’t know what exactly is causing the leakage…I complained of their plumbing from day one of moving in the sink tap was not intact and it was leaking from the bottom and a month later the drainage system blocked and they said it’s the Municipal issue not theirs and Municipality said it’s the developer’s fault not theirs I had to hire a plumber from my own pocket to fix it and now they expect me to fix the whole list of things I reported they were wrong this is day light *******!
