Otto Van Tonder

<p>I got hold of Otto through his R2K website, I went ahead and app**** for him to arrange finance for a vehicle that I wanted to buy. To date I've given him R9590, I’m still waiting on him to arrange the finance that needs to be paid to the dealer. He keeps on giving me excuses about him going the hospital. I keep on finding cars at dealerships and they end up selling the cars I’m interested in, cause Otto never goes ahead and pay them the money. After a month and a half now something told me to do some research on this Otto guy, only to find so many complaints about him online. Otto has now since stopped answering my calls. I don’t know how I will get my money refunded back to me.</p>
