I bought a stamper from them , 3 months down the line it stopped working, they requested me to pay 3500 to repair ,after paying that amount It stopped working again, I'm truly puzzled as this is affecting my production negatively, can someone explain to me if I was sold a new stamper or it was refurbished. This company does not understand client services, I really can't use a new stamper within 3 months it's no longer working. This is daylight robery .
