R S FINANCIAL SERVIVES DEBT MEDIATION
Terrible service delivery. Unable to reach anyone on the phone lines. Emails go unanswered. Paying installments for debt mediation that is not being paid to creditors. Promised clearance in November after paying for it and still have not received it. Always some excuse if I do manage to reach some one on the phone. Calls answered sporadicly by a consultant. I am asked to leave a message as management is always not available but no one ever calls back. The wattsapp line is never working. No one reads or responds. I regret ever signing with this company. Creditors are now asking for direct payments and they refuse to respond to my emails or calls asking to refund as I am having to pay double . They still debitting full installment. Their employees are always leaving. Makes me wonder why? They are quick on making promises they do not fulfill. I have asked several times for FSP number and have yet to receive it. Paying since July and now all my accounts are in arrears with no explanation from RS Financial. They send statements only when asked. Do not trust these people. They are based in Cape Town. They have messed me around
