Don't do business with Stephan Bezuidenhoud from R&S contractors

Stephan Bezuidenhoud the owner sent a quote which we paid the deposit and then he made appointments to come do the work and never showed. After months we asked for our deposit back which he refused to pay. Don't trust him. He stole our money.
