Vicky, "the agent" advertised a 6 sleeper on her status. So automatically you think 6 adults not 4 adults and 2 kids that sleep on the couch.

12/05/2024 - Enquired for the place in Mykonos for 6 people 13/05/2024 - I paid R1 800.00 deposit to secure the booking, I had to hound her for the confirmation. 28/05/2024 - Received confirmation stating that its for 4 adults & 2 kids, which was incorrect. I then had to hound some more. 31/05/2024 - I received a voice note from some woman stating that kids can sleep on the couches and that they will accept 4 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and 2 kids - which is not what I paid for. 31/05/2024 - WhatsApp message from Vicky: I just spoke to another owner now and apparently it has to be an 8 sleeper for the 6 adults which is a 3 bedroom. All the 6 sleepers are 2 rooms which is for 4 Adults and 2 kids under 12 which is why the couches are there. So I will arrange the necessary.

Meaning she will arrange for the refund. I sent her my bank details 31/05/2024. 04/06/2024 - Vicky sends me a voice note saying she is waiting for other people to take the unit so she can repay me. Which is ridiculous as that is not my problem. I have so many WhatsApp messages as proof as well.

To this day, I have not received my refund! Be ware of these people.
